With a natural ability to connect with people of all abilities, Rei supports individuals to build confidence, independence and social skills through meaningful community engagement and structured activities. Rei is committed to delivering person-centred supports that are flexible and tailored to each individual, working closely with families and the D.S.J Supports team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Employment Mentor/ Basketball Coach
Denzel Jackson is a mentor, basketball coach and support worker with D.S.J Supports who is passionate about empowering people through sport, community connection and personal development. As an NBL1 player and Head Coach of All Abilities Hoops WA, Denzel uses his experience and leadership to support participants in building confidence, independence, social skills and healthy lifestyles within a safe and inclusive environment.

Laila Gibbs is a compassionate and dedicated support worker who is passionate about empowering people with disability to build confidence, independence and meaningful community connections. She provides person-centred support tailored to each individual’s goals, interests and needs, while creating a safe, supportive and positive environment.
Laila is known for her caring nature, patience and ability to build strong relationships with participants and families. She supports individuals with daily living, community access, social engagement and skill development, while encouraging inclusion, personal growth and independence. Her approachable and supportive attitude allows participants to feel comfortable, respected and valued in all environments.
