Extensive experience delivering individual supports, developing inclusive programs and creating opportunities that empower people with disability to build confidence, independence, social skills and long-term community participation.

Rei is a dedicated and passionate support worker with extensive experience supporting participants with social and psychosocial needs. Rei has a strong focus on building genuine connections and creating inclusive, safe and engaging environments where participants feel supported and empowered.

With a natural ability to connect with people of all abilities, Rei supports individuals to build confidence, independence and social skills through meaningful community engagement and structured activities. Rei is committed to delivering person-centred supports that are flexible and tailored to each individual, working closely with families and the D.S.J Supports team to ensure the best possible outcomes. 

Denzel Jackson is a mentor, basketball coach and support worker with D.S.J Supports who is passionate about empowering people through sport, community connection and personal development. As an NBL1 player and Head Coach of All Abilities Hoops WA, Denzel uses his experience and leadership to support participants in building confidence, independence, social skills and healthy lifestyles within a safe and inclusive environment.
