Pricing, Cancellations & Additional Charges

All supports and services provided by D.S.J Supports are charged in accordance with the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits, as set by the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA).

Fees are charged only for supports delivered and in line with the funding available in each participant’s NDIS plan and the terms of the Service Agreement.

Cancellations

If a participant needs to cancel a scheduled support, we ask that notice is provided as outlined in the Service Agreement.

Where insufficient notice is given, D.S.J Supports may charge a cancellation fee in line with NDIS guidelines, where applicable. This ensures the sustainability of services and supports the availability of staff.

No cancellation fees will be charged where the cancellation meets NDIS requirements for no-charge circumstances, including situations outside the participant’s control.

Travel

Travel related to the delivery of supports may be charged in accordance with NDIS guidelines and price limits.

This may include:

  • Time spent travelling to and from support locations

  • Associated travel costs where applicable

Any travel charges will be clearly outlined in the Service Agreement and discussed with participants prior to commencement of supports.

Non–Face-to-Face Supports

Some supports may include non–face-to-face activities that are directly related to delivering quality support. These may include:

  • Support planning and coordination related to sessions

  • Communication with participants, families or support networks

  • Progress notes and required documentation

Non–face-to-face supports are charged only where allowed under NDIS pricing arrangements and as agreed within the Service Agreement.

Our Commitment

Participants will not be charged above the applicable NDIS price limits. Any additional charges, cancellations or changes to supports will be managed transparently and in line with NDIS requirements and the Service Agreement.
